bolg 9

Doing blog 8, if I were to pick an argument either for or against my favorite meal being healthy I would have to go against. When doing my research for my last blog, I seen that the only healthy food I had in my favorite meal was the mash potatoes and black pepper, but as far as the fired chicken and salt goes, they are just heart attack on the side. With the salt raising the blood presser and the tran fat form the chicken clogging up the arteries, there no way that this dish can be healthy.
